Lac Faribault is a lake on the Ungava Peninsula in the Nunavik region of the Canadian province of Québec .
Lac Faribault is 150 km west of Ungava Bay and 75 km southeast of Lac Payne . It is 205 m above sea level. Its area is 248 km². The lake is drained via the Rivière Péladeau in a south-easterly direction to the Rivière aux Feuilles and on to Ungava Bay.
The Lac Faribault was named in memory of Georges-Bernard Faribault (1866-1904), a companion of Albert Peter Low on his expedition in 1903 and 1904.
