The Lago Berau is a lake in the East Timorese Suco Vatuboro ( administrative office Maubara , municipality Liquiçá ), north of the place Gulumanu .
The lake is located close to the Timor coast , on the Sawu Lake, into which the water from Lake Berau flows. In the rainy season, the lake is fed by tributaries from the east. Otherwise the lake will fall dry.
