Lajos Kurunczy

Lajos Kurunczy (born July 3, 1896 in Budapest ; † December 22, 1983 ibid.) Was a Hungarian sprinter .

At the Olympic Games in Paris in 1924, he was fourth in the 4 x 100 meter relay . Over 100 m and over 200 m he was eliminated in the quarter-finals and over 400 m in the preliminary run.

He was five times Hungarian champion over 400 m (1917, 1918, 1922-1924), twice over 200 m (1917, 1921) and once over 100 m (1917).
