The Lake Fletcher is a hypersaline and meromektischer saltwater lake on the Ingrid Christensen Coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth country . It is located in the Vestfold Mountains and has a connection to the open sea.

The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it on July 26, 1983 after Lloyd Fletscher, a physician at Davis Station in 1978, who was also involved in sampling the lakes in the Vestfold Mountains that year.
