The Lake Pleasant is a lake in the city of Peoria in Yavapai County and the Maricopa County in the US state of Arizona . It has an area of 40 km². Visitors can water-ski on the lake and use a campsite on the shore. Lake Pleasant was created when the Agua Fria River was dammed by the Waddell Dam .
