The Lamaling Monastery ( Tib . : bla ma gling dgon pa ) in the area of Kongpo is the former seat of the 2nd Düdjom Rinpoche (1904–1987), the former head of the Nyingma school of Tibetan Buddhism . The monastery is located in the Bayi District of Nyingchi City in Tibet .
