Preservation of the viticulture culture

In addition to the municipal vineyard, there is also a private property on the Achalm , on which new vines were planted again in 2001 after years of legal dispute and the viticulture legislation that has since changed. The new planting, which was previously not approved, now falls under the paragraph "Preservation of viticulture". In 2003 1067 vines were planted there: Portugieser and Müller-Thurgau and produced an initial yield of 180 liters with a must weight of 83 Oechsle degrees .
