Lamas de Mouro is a place and a former municipality ( Freguesia ) in the northern Portuguese district of Melgaço .
The community had 117 inhabitants (as of June 30, 2011).
On September 29, 2013, the municipalities of Lamas de Mouro and Castro Laboreiro merged to form the new municipality of União das Freguesias de Castro Laboreiro e Lamas de Mouro .
