The Lambert nunatak is a nunatak in Marie Byrd Land in West Antarctica . It rises from the snowpack in the southeast of Coulter Heights .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it based on its own surveys and using aerial photographs by the United States Navy between 1959 and 1965. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it after Paul A. Lambert, chief quartermaster on the icebreaker USS Glacier from 1961 to 1962.
