Lambros workshop

The Lambros workshop is an Attic - Late Geometric ceramic workshop that dates back to the last third of the 8th century BC. Is dated.

The Lambros workshop is the latest workshop of the late Geometric SG-I period. Here the first signs of disintegration of the geometric style appear . Painted ornaments are no longer coordinated with the shape of the vase, and the point of greatest extent is no longer emphasized by the main ornament. Tangent blobs are new as an ornament.
