Lamp Holmen is an uninhabited archipelago island in Aspevågen in Norway and belongs to the municipality of Ålesund in the Norwegian province Møre og Romsdal .

It is located in the area of ​​Ålesund harbor immediately south of the island of Nørvøy . Further west are Bålholmen and Skrivaren .

The rocky island has a west-east extension of about 140 meters with a width of up to about 50 meters. It reaches a height of up to four meters, is barren and not very overgrown. Approximately in the middle of the island there is an incision in a west-east direction that almost completely separates the island into a northern and a southern part.
