Landau Prize
The Landau Prize ( Russian Премия имени Л. Д. Ландау ) is a high prize for theoretical physics awarded by the Russian Academy of Sciences or its forerunner, the Soviet Academy of Sciences , which is named after Lev Landau . The prize of the Russian Academy has been called the Landau Gold Medal since the 1990s, in Russian Золотая медаль имени Л. Д. Ландау .
