District Court of Füssen

The district court of Füssen was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1804 to 1879 and was based in Füssen in what is now the Ostallgäu district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1804, in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria, the district court of Füssen was established. This came to the newly founded Illerkreis with the capital Kempten . With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Füssen District Court was formed, the district of which was identical to the previous Füssen District Court.
