The Bailey Water is a watercourse in Cumbria , England . It arises in the Kershope Forest from the confluence of the Caldwell Sike and Pyret Sike . It flows south under the name Caddy's Burn and changes its name at the mouth of the Smithy Gill . It flows into the Black Lyne .
