The villa-like country house at Friedlandstrasse 1 is located in the Serkowitz district of the Saxon city of Radebeul . The Ziller brothers erected the building on their own behalf in 1880, and Paul Ziller rebuilt it in 1904/1906 .

The two-storey, listed country house is located on a corner property facing Nizzastraße .

In 1880 the Ziller brothers built a single-storey villa on their own behalf . Major a. Who lived there in 1904. D. Kombst from Krefeld applied for the extension of his house by the local architect Paul Ziller.

He raised the building to two full floors and carried out various other modifications. As a result, the plastered building with a gable roof was given curved gables, crowned by spheres, and a similar gable was created in the eaves-side main view of Nizzastraße to the south . In the main view of Friedlandstrasse, a polygonal, closed bottom floor was built. On the north side there is a lower two-storey extension with the entrance, on the extension there is a curved roof. Paul Ziller also built a single-storey wash house with a flat roof.

The windows are framed by sandstone walls, and the facade structure has been greatly simplified today.
