The Landhaus Krages is located in Bremen , Horn-Lehe , Horn, Marcusallee 11. The Landhaus was built in 1925 according to plans by Hans Haering. The building has been a listed building in Bremen since 1997 .

history

The two-story, plastered, large, conservatively designed villa with a hipped roof and a rear terrace on the upper floor was built in 1925 for the timber merchant Louis Krages (1875–1955). After 1955, two more three-story residential buildings were built on the property.
Today (2018) the house is used by apartments.

The listed building No. 1A tea house from Gut Kreyenhorst , residential complex Marcusallee 2/4 , No. 9 Villa Schütte and No. 38 Villa Koenenkamp are still on Marcusallee .
