The Landmark 81 is a skyscraper in the district Bình Thạnh of Ho Chi Minh City , Vietnam . With a height of 461.2 m, it is the tallest building in Vietnam and Southeast Asia. In 2017, the 336 m high Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower had to surrender this title to Landmark 81. A freely accessible shopping center and cinema are located on the first four floors. The elevators for the Skydeck are also located on the ground floor. The elevators for the café and restaurant are on the first floor.

The building site is located in Vinhomes Central Park not far from the bank of the Saigon River, which means that residents and users of the building can enjoy a beautiful view of the water. Landmark 81 is the fourteenth tallest skyscraper in the world (2019).

A shopping center is planned at the base of the tallest skyscraper in Vietnam, the shops of which are more likely to offer luxury items. Further areas are planned for a hotel, while most of the building is reserved for luxury apartments.
