The Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a skyscraper located in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi . At 336 meters, it was the tallest building in Vietnam until it was replaced by Landmark 81 in 2018 .

The foundation stone was laid in 2008, it reached its final height in May 2011, in autumn 2012 the construction work was completely finished and the structure was released for use.

The building with a rectangular floor plan has 72 floors (70 above ground and two basement floors), which will be used differently after the opening: In the lower area there are offices, in the middle there are 300  residential apartments , above there are 383 hotel units.

The construction of the building was commissioned by the company Keangnam Enterprise .
