The building at Landsberger Straße 328 in the Laim district of the Bavarian capital Munich was built around 1900. The villa on Landsberger Straße is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

The two-storey building was erected as the director's villa of an industrial company, the manufacturing building of which was at the rear of the railway tracks. The gable and the knee are provided with a wooden decoration that simulates a half-timbered construction .

The house was renovated in 1999/2000 and integrated into the office complex built next to it.
