Residential building Landsberger Strasse 448 in Munich
House entrance with carved and damaged wooden door

The tenement at Landsberger Strasse 448 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1900. The building on Landsberger Straße is registered as a monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

The three-storey house in the neo-renaissance style was built according to plans by the architect Josef Schreyer. The building was erected as a workers' apartment building within what was originally a strongly industrial area. On its back were the railways towards the Pasinger Kuvertfabrik and the telegraph office stuff.

The facade, which was originally provided with stucco decorations , especially in the central part , was simplified during renovation work. The carved wooden door of the house entrance was damaged by vandalism.

The building has been empty and decaying since 2017.
