Former envelope factory

The Pasinger envelope factory was located at Landsberger Strasse 444/446 in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital, Munich . The building is registered as an architectural monument in the Bavarian list of monuments.

The two-storey, wide-pitched gable roof building was built in 1906 according to plans by the master builder Leonhard Moll . It has curved hipped dormer windows and a plaster structure in neo-baroque shapes.

Inside, the Art Nouveau staircase, Art Deco tiles and the stencil painting from the time of construction have been preserved.

From 1906 to 1992 the company produced envelopes . In the following time the buildings u. a. used by artist initiatives , a mosque association and an alternative youth club.

The investor Bauwerk Development intends to build 160 apartments and commercial space on the property from 2019. Offices are to be built in the listed old building.
