Langekampstrasse 35
The Villa Langenkamp road 35 in trough -Süd, the northern portion of the Herner local part Eickelmann , is under preservation stationary monument . The facility on the west side of Langekampstraße, in the section between the streets “Am alten Amt” and “Landgrafenstraße”, was built in 1908 by and for the building contractor A. Franke jr. The designing architect who in the style of reform architecture belonging Villa is not known.
The villa, which is freely positioned on all sides at a depth of approx. 50 meters and a width of 20 to 22 meters, is approx. 1060 m² in size and stands with its front eight meters behind the street. The asymmetrically designed two-storey city villa measures 197 m² in the area. The slate roof structure is crowned by a hexagonal tower tower.
The entry of the building at Langekampstraße 35 in the list of monuments of the city of Herne took place on November 24, 1988 (monument no. A 35).
