Langkawi Sky Bridge
The Langkawi Sky-Bridge is a curved pedestrian cable-stayed bridge on the west coast of the island of Langkawi in the far northwest of Malaysia at almost 700 m . From here you have a breathtaking view of the Andaman Sea . It was completed in 2005 and is 125 meters long. The bridge has triangular platforms at both ends and a width of 1.80 meters. There and in various places that are twice as wide there are relaxation areas equipped with relaxation benches. The bridge is considered safe : the double parapet made of stainless steel tubing is above chest height. There is a fine-mesh wire mesh underneath up to the walkway. The bridge can be easily reached by cable car .
The final scene of the Indian film Don - The Game Begins was filmed here.
