Lapo Binazzi founded the group UFO in 1967 with Carlo Bachi, Patrizia Cammeo, Riccardo Foresi and Titti Maschietto. In 1971 Lapo Binazzi graduated from the University of Florence and taught there until 1977 as a visiting professor. From 1981 to 1982 he taught at the Architectural Association School of Architecture and from 1985 at the Accademia Domus in Milan.
