Lara Heß (born August 1, 1997 in Duisburg ) is a German soccer player .
Career
Player
Hess started her career at Duisburg FV 08 and then switched to the youth team of FCR 2001 Duisburg . For the 2013/2014 season, she moved up to the regional league squad of Duisburg's second team and scored her first goal of the season on September 7, 2014 in a 1-0 win over SC Fortuna Köln . On December 14, 2014 she was in the Bundesliga squad for the first time and made her debut in the game against 1. FFC Frankfurt in the women's Bundesliga (0: 4 home defeat). In the summer of 2017, Hess left MSV Duisburg and moved to the second division club Bayer 04 Leverkusen .

In the 2016/17 season, Heß was assistant coach of the U-16s of MSV Duisburg in the B-Juniorinnen-Niederrheinliga.
