Lars Konieczny
Lars Konieczny (born January 9, 1962 in Bochum ) is a German cognitive scientist . He teaches as a lecturer and academic adviser at the Albert-Ludwigs-Universität Freiburg as a C2 professor at the Institute for Computer Science and Society in the Department of Cognitive Science.
Life
Konieczny studied philosophy , psychology and linguistics in Bochum and Mannheim.

The main research areas were theoretical, empirical and computational linguistics . His research in the field of the visual world paradigm is some of the few who deal with the German language. He also worked on cognitive modeling (including the ACT-R cognitive architecture , but also in connectionist networks).
