The Las Olas River House is a 42-story skyscraper in downtown Fort Lauderdale , Florida and is the tallest building in the city at 137 meters. The name Las Olas River House actually describes a complex consisting of the Las Olas River House I , a residential building which consists of 2 42-story and one 34-story building, and another planned building, which is to have 25 floors.

In addition to 285 condominiums, the building also has a 930 m², glazed fitness room, which is only accessible to residents, and a 5,600 m² roof garden on the sixth floor.

Like many other newly constructed buildings, the building complex is part of the high-rise boom in downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Since May 5, 2014, the AxisSpace association has also had an office floor with conference rooms.
