Laslo Babits
Laslo Babits (born April 17, 1958 in Oliver , British Columbia , † June 12, 2013 in Vancouver ) was a Canadian javelin thrower .
Career
At the 1982 Commonwealth Games in Brisabe, he won silver.
In 1983 he was eliminated from the qualification at the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki and won the Pan American Games in Caracas .
At the 1984 Olympic Games in Los Angeles, he came in eighth place.
In 1984 and 1985 he was Canadian champion. He set his personal best of 86.90 m on August 26, 1984 in Cologne .
