Laura Belli

Laura Belli (born November 11, 1947 in Naples ) is an Italian actress .

Life

After taking acting classes in her hometown, Belli graduated from the Centro Sperimentale di Cinematografia and made her debut in films with an erotic element such as The Nun of Monza in the late 1960s . She was a busy leading actress in the 1970s, mostly in police films . She was also active on television: she presented the program Prossimamente and played a. a. in Franco Rossi's Enedide and Bernarda Albas Haus , directed by Daniele D'Anza ; later in Viaggio di Andata and Lungo il fiume e sull'acqua . After the birth of a child in 1975, she continued to play roles until 1979, and then ended her career. Towards the end of the 1980s she turned to painting; in 2000 she returned as director of the film Film , for which she also wrote the screenplay.
