Laura Brehm
Laura K. Brehm (born August 15, 1990 ) is an American singer and songwriter .
Career
2010–2014: musical beginnings
On May 4, 2012 Brehm uploaded her songs The Sunrise and Fall In Love on her YouTube channel. The songs were released in 2010 on their LP Dreams . The songs were produced by Nick Cocozzella. On the same day she also uploaded her song Cosmic Gravity , which was released in 2011 and produced by herself.
On April 27, 2013 she released the song Kiara || in cooperation with Muzzy . On November 8, 2013, the song One Future was released in collaboration with the artist Trance Crafter . On January 1, 2014, it released the song Transformations with Rameses B . The song was also released on the Monstercat music label .
On February 28, 2014 she uploaded one of her older songs again, Waking Dreams , in cooperation with Two Thirds . The song was released on Monstercat back in 2012. On the same day she released the song Love Will Carry Us in collaboration with Ecotek and James Egbert . The song was released on Xtravaganza in 2012.
On March 1, 2014, the song I Remember You , which was released on Braslive Records in 2012, was uploaded with Danilo Garcia . The official video followed three years later, on April 21, 2017. The video was recorded and edited by Zerosun Creative. Also on March 1st, the song Diamond Sky with Elliot Berger was released. The song was already featured on the 2013 Spotlight Compilation Album vol. 1 organized by edmSpotlight , Monstercat, Tasty and Trap and Bass was released.
On May 28, 2014 the song Pure Sunlight was released in cooperation with Mr FijiWiji and AgNO3. The song can also be found on Monstercat.
2015: First EP & cooperation with TheFatRat
Brehm started 2015 with the song Pressure on January 16th in cooperation with Draper . The song is oriented towards post-rock or electronic and was also released on Monstercat.
On June 22nd, 2015, she released her first EP called Future Holds in collaboration with Evoke. The EP consists of the songs Weightless , Future Holds and Serenity and can also be found on the Electric Birds Record music label.
On August 7th, 2015 she uploaded the song Ghost Spores in cooperation with Varien , which is part of his album The Ancient & Arcane . Like most of its predecessors, this song is available on Monstercat. Another song available on Monstercat is We Won't Be Alone with Feint . This was published on September 25, 2015.
On November 7th, TheFatRat released his song Monody with Brehm as the singer. The song can also be found on the channel of the music label MrSuicideSheep.
2016: Renewed collaboration with TheFatRat & first collaboration with NoCopyrightSounds
On February 18, 2016, Brehm presented her first song of 2016 in cooperation with Vulpey under the name Heartstrings and was appropriately released as a Valentine's Day song.
The song Falling with AK and Brenton Mattheus followed on March 10, 2016 . On March 31, 2016, TheFatRat released another song in cooperation with Brehm, this time under the name The Calling .
On August 9, 2016, Bustre released his song Strange Love as part of his album Everything Has An End . As with all of its predecessors, Brehm also contributed the vocals. On the same day the song Summer Never Ends was released in collaboration with Anna Yvette and can be found on Monstercat, among others. One month later, on September 7th, the song Vertigo followed in cooperation with Rob Gasser . The song can also be found on the YouTube channel of the music label NoCopyrightSounds.
On October 6, 2016, Brehm released the song Melancholy in collaboration with REZZ . The song is part of his EP Something Went Wrong and can also be found on mau5trap . On October 26, 2016, she published another collaboration with Feint. The song Words can also be found on Monstercat.
2016 ended with the song Don't Wait on November 27th. This was produced by Evoke, premiered on MrSuicideSheep, and released on Electric Birds Record.
2017: Second EP & uploads of older songs
The year 2017 started on February 1st with the song Losing You in cooperation with Ephixa . The song, as always available on Monstercat, is her most watched video with a million views. On February 13, 2017, she uploaded the song "Light Up the Stars" from 2012 in renewed collaboration with James Egbert. The song is part of Egbert's EP In The Beginning and was released on Fuzion Muzik. Another song from 2012, Watching The Clock , followed a day later as part of Approaching Nirvana's album Evolve . On the same day, she released an older song again. In cooperation with yh , the song Suppressant was created in 2013 as part of yh's album Idonthaveasound. On February 16, 2017, she released Dreams , the title track of her EP of the same name, in cooperation with Rogue. The song can be found on Monstercat, among others. The song Snowfall , released on February 21, 2017, formed a new collaboration with Approaching Nirvana for their 2013 album Not Even Once . A day later, she released the song Eye of the Storm with Tut Tut Child . The song is part of Tut Tut Childs Impossible Things Before Breakfest from 2013, also found on Monstercat. On February 23, 2017, the title song followed Valkyrie - trilogy from the year 2014 under the name Valkyrie . The trilogy was created in collaboration with Varien and is also available on Monstercat. Another day later the song Epiphany followed in cooperation with Glimpse . The song dates from 2015. On the same day, the third part of the Valkyrie trilogy was released. The song is called Valkyrie |||: Atonement . On February 25, 2017, she published another collaboration with Draper under the name All I See . The song from 2016 can also be found on Monstercat. On February 26, 2017, she uploaded the song Won't You with Kross. The song has been on Mixmash Records since 2016. On the same day she released the last upload of older songs. The song Mortals was created in 2016 in collaboration with Warriyo and can also be found on NoCopyrightSounds.
On June 30, 2017, she released her song Parallel , which can also be found on Electric Birds Record.
On July 28, 2017 she released her second EP under the name Breathe , consisting of the songs Awake & Dreaming , Breathe and Dance of Love .
On August 22nd, 2017 the song Daylight was released in collaboration with IMLAY . The song is part of IMPLAY's EP Shurai .
On October 27, 2017, she released the song Deja Vu in collaboration with Ephixa, who composed the instrumental version . The text was written by Paul Aiden and Brehm themselves. The same day the song Ocean Blue was released with WRLD . The song is part of WRLD's EP Endless Dreams and was also released on Heroic Recordings.
On November 17, 2017 the song Believe was released in cooperation with Elliot Berger.
2018: Renewed cooperation with TheFatRat
On March 23, 2018 TheFatRat published the 3rd collaboration with Brehm under the name MAYDAY .
On April 22, 2018, the next cooperation called Twilight Zone with Rameses B.
2019: Renewed cooperation with TheFatRat
On March 8, 2019, TheFatRat published the 4th collaboration with Brehm under the name Chosen .
2020: Renewed cooperation with TheFatRat
