The Lausitz-Arena is a multi-purpose sports hall in the Cottbus sports center . The complex is architecturally arranged with two separate halls, with the multi-purpose sports hall (three-field hall, parquet flooring ) with the expected visitor traffic in the foreground, the two-field hall (plastic sports surface) for training and school operations in the background. The Dreifeldhalle has a capacity of 2,000 visitors and is used for major events (including the international jumpers' meeting , championship tournament ) and as a venue for the Cottbus handball club LHC Cottbus .
