Lea Green

Lea Green (* 1976 in Villach , Austria) is a German filmmaker, vegan cookbook author and food blogger. On her blog Veggies she publishes recipes, texts and videos on the vegan lifestyle, holds public cooking shows and provides information on vegan nutrition online .

Life

Lea Green was born in Austria and grew up in Bavaria. She studied film studies and journalism at the Free University of Berlin . She started her vegan food blog Veggies on June 3, 2013. Today it is one of the largest vegan German food blogs on the Internet. He was awarded the first prize of the Keimling Foodblog Award , the Foodblog Award of the vegan society Austria and the Burda Foodblog Award 2015  in the category of best vegan blog. Lea Green was seen in cooking shows in 2015 at the Green Week, the Green Market and the “Veggie World” trade fair in Berlin. In June 2015 Lea Green published her first cookbook Vegan with Love . She currently lives in Berlin .
