Leatop Plaza ( Chinese  利 通 广场 , Pinyin Lìtōng Guǎngchǎng ) is a skyscraper in the Chinese city of Guangzhou . Its height is 303 meters. This makes the building currently the tenth highest in the city. Work on the skyscraper began in 2008 and was fully completed in early summer 2012. The topping-out ceremony was already celebrated in the summer of 2010, at which point, however, work on installing the glass facade had only just begun. These ended at the beginning of 2012. Most of the office equipment is located on the 64 floors of the building, with a few areas for technical equipment. However, the building is not open to the public. The German-American office Murphy & Jahn Architects was responsible for the planning of the high-rise . Architecturally, the Leatop Plaze is characterized by a slim silhouette that towers into the city skyline. The floor plan is square, the roof has meanwhile been designed at an incline, which means that the upper floors also have less floor space than all those below. The entire tower has a floor space of 159,500 square meters.

Inside the structure there is a central concrete core in which elevators, pipes and cables as well as stairwells are housed. The glazed outer shell and the storey girders were built from steel girders.
