Lee Shau Kee
Lee Shau Kee (born January 29, 1928 in Shunde , Guangdong , Republic of China ) is a Chinese real estate entrepreneur based in Hong Kong . He founded the Hong Kong stock exchange listed and majority owned real estate company Henderson Land Development . In addition to the real estate business, Henderson Land is active in the hotel industry, as an Internet service provider and, with the Hong Kong and China Gas Company, in urban gas supply.
Lee is one of the richest people in the world according to Forbes magazine's list . In the world rankings, he ranks 22nd with 17 billion US dollars. Only Li Ka Shing is even wealthier in all of China .
