Lei Shing Hong (LSH) is a Hong Kong- based company engaged in the automotive and construction machinery trade and project development. The company is the world's largest independent seller of motor vehicles from Daimler AG . Lei Shing Hong also markets vehicles from Caterpillar , Porsche and Smart . The subsidiary LSH Auto International Ltd. has a 100 percent stake in the German company Stern Auto .

Ownership structure

Lau Gek Poh owns around 70% and Yaw Teck Seng the remaining shares through various individual companies. In March 2017, Daimler AG acquired a 15% stake in the subsidiary LSH Auto International , as announced in May 2017.
