Chief Public Prosecutor

Senior Public Prosecutor (LOStA) is an official title in Germany within the salary order R ( salary groups R 3 to 6) in the federal states .

The owner of the office is usually head of agency or a prosecutor and supervisor of the prosecutors , Office lawyers , registrars , judicial police and other staff. He himself is subject to the supervision of the Attorney General . There are also senior senior public prosecutors as heads of departments in the general public prosecutor's offices .
