Lectionary 4 (named sigla 4 after the numbering by Gregory-Aland ) is a Greek manuscript of the New Testament on parchment sheets. It was dated to the 11th century by means of paleography .

The code contains lessons from the Gospels ( Evangelistarium ). It is described in Greek minuscule manuscript on 199 sheets of parchment (27.9 × 22.3 cm). Each page has 2 columns with 24 lines each.

The manuscript contains a synaxarion and a martyrology . The verses of John 8: 3-11 ( Jesus and the adulteress ) are omitted.

The lectionary was examined by John Mill .

The code is kept in the Cambridge University Library (Dd. 8.49) in Cambridge .
