Lelio della Torre
Lelio (Hillel) Della Torre (born January 11, 1805 in Cuneo , † July 9, 1871 in Padua ) was an Italian Jewish scholar and Hebrew poet.
He became known, among other things, through an Italian psalms translation. In 1828 he became a rabbi in Turin , and in 1829 a professor at the Rabbinical Seminary in Padua .
