In addition to the front building on the eaves, two side wings and a rear building were grouped around a courtyard . The facade of the front building has seven axes, the two outer right axes being designed as false bay windows. There is a plaster tape on the facade , which can also be found in the same form on neighboring houses. The cornice is clearly highlighted and provided with consoles.
In the local register of monuments , the residential and commercial building is listed as a historical building under registration number 094 82089 .
The building is located within a row of streets that has largely been preserved in its original form and is considered to characterize the street scene. It is also considered a testimony to the urban expansion of the industrialization phase.
