Lena Herrmann

Lena Herrmann (born January 28, 1994 ) is a German sport climber .

Career

Herrmann got into climbing through her parents. Lena Herrmann has been competing regularly since 2007. In 2011 she reached 2nd place at the European Junior Bouldering Cup in Munich . A year later she became German junior champion in bouldering and lead climbing. With the second place in the German junior championship in bouldering and the victory of a junior European cup in Sofia , Herrmann was able to build on her competitive successes in 2013. In the same year she also won the title of Vice-European Champion in bouldering. In October 2015, the sport climber became German lead climbing champion in Frankenthal .

Herrmann is sponsored by Petzl , Marmot and Scarpa , among others .
