The Lenfant Bluff is a rock cliff at the Oates Coast of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . In the Usarp Mountains it rises on the southern flank of the mouth of the Svendsen Glacier in a previously unnamed foreland glacier .
The United States Geological Survey mapped it using the United States Navy's own surveys and aerial photographs from 1960 to 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named it in 1970 after Claude J. M. Lenfant, biologist for the United States Antarctic Research Program at McMurdo Station from 1967 to 1968.
