The Leniwa is a small right tributary of the Radomka in the Masovian Voivodeship in Poland . It belongs to the river system of the Vistula .

The Leniwa rises near the village Żdżary southwest of the small town Pionki in the mesoregion of the Równina Kozienicka and flows off in a northerly direction, takes up the Narutówka coming from the right in its 16 km long course and flows south of the village Wólka Brzózka into the Radomka . Its catchment area is given as 123 km².
