Leo Roininen
Leo Roininen ( Leo John Roininen; born July 16, 1928 in Toronto ) is a former Canadian javelin thrower .
At the Olympic Games in London in 1948 , he was eliminated in qualification.
In 1950 he won the javelin throw at the British Empire Games in Auckland and won bronze in the shot put .
From 1948 to 1950 he was Canadian javelin champion three times in a row. He set his best performance in this discipline of 60.295 m in 1948.
