Leonard van Utrecht (actually Leendert van Utrecht ; born February 25, 1969 in Noordwijk ) is a former Dutch football player .

The winger spent most of his career with clubs from the First Division .

career

Leonard van Utrecht played from 1992 for the then second division club Excelsior Rotterdam . In 1994 he moved to SC Cambuur Leeuwarden , who played in the same league.

In early 1996 van Utrecht moved to the Italian first division club Calcio Padova , who, however, relegated to Serie B at the end of the 1995/96 season. At the beginning of 1997 van Utrecht moved back to Leeuwarden, where he stayed until 2001. In 1998 he rose with the club in the Eredivisie , whereupon in 2000 the relegation took place.

After leaving Leuwaarden in 2001, van Utrecht ended his career at ADO Den Haag and VV Noordwijk .
