Leonhard Held

Leonhard Held (born May 16, 1893 in Nuremberg ; † February 22, 1967 there ) was a German engineer .

From 1934, Held was the sole owner of his father's construction company Michael Held in Nuremberg. From 1920 to 1934 he was 1st chairman of the Bavarian Engineering Association and from 1951 to 1956 Vice-President of the Bavarian State Association of Building Guilds . He was also president of the Chamber of Crafts for Middle Franconia from 1955 to 1964 .

From January 1, 1956 to February 22, 1967 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate . He was honored with the Bavarian Order of Merit on January 13, 1964.
