Leonhard Keller

Leonhard Keller (born August 10, 1952 in Opferstetten , district of Günzburg ) is a German farmer and association official.

After attending elementary school, Keller was a farmer apprentice for three years. This was followed by further training at the agricultural college and the Catholic rural community college in Wies bei Steingaden , before he passed the agricultural master's examination in 1974. In 1977 he took over the family business. In 1982 he became local chairman and member of the district board, 1987 deputy district chairman, 1992 district chairman in the district of Günzburg and president of the district association of Swabia of the Bavarian farmers' association .

He was also deputy chairman of the supervisory board of the Schwabenstark company . He was a member of the assistant examination committee and the economic and structural advisory board in the district of Günzburg.

From 1993 to 1999 he was a member of the Bavarian Senate .
