Lestijärvi is a Finnish community in the countryside Central Ostrobothnia in western Finland .
The communities Kiiskilä / Niemi, Kirkonkylä, Syri and Yli-Lesti belong to the community. The eponymous lake Lestijärvi is located in the municipality .
Lestijärvi has been twinning with the Põlva County in Estonia since 1989 .
