The Libella-Haus GmbH was German manufacturers of prefabricated houses . Libella has been a brand name of the Green Building Group since 2011.

Libella developed from 1961 from a carpenter's business in the Swabian Ollarzried district of Unterallgäu in Bavaria. Decades of expansion followed, and in 1994 a production facility was set up in Ziesar , Brandenburg. From 1998 Libella was part of the Kampa Group .

With the bankruptcy of Kampa AG in June 2009, the subsidiary Libella Haus and its brand Libella also disappeared. The production facility in Ziesar was sold to an investor.

Jörg Schreyögg, the last managing director at Libella, founded SchreyöggBau GmbH in Ottobeuren in 2009. In 2011, Libella Haus GmbH and the Libella brand were taken over by Green Building Group GmbH and revitalized. It operates a production facility in Ziesar and a customer center in Freiwalde .

Ernst and Josef Schreyögg founded Libella Fertighaus GmbH & Co. KG in Ottobeuren in 1961 . The individual house elements were then manufactured according to the carpenter's tradition . In 2011, Libella Haus GmbH and the Libella brand were taken over by Green Building Group GmbH and revitalized. In spring 2014, GBG sold the Libella plant in Ziesar and the Libella trademark rights to private investors who continue to operate the company as Libella-Efficiency House GmbH.
