The Lichen Valley ( English for Flechtental ) is a 60 deep valley on the Ingrid Christensen coast of the East Antarctic Princess Elisabeth Land . In the Vestfold Mountains , it is 1.25 km north of the Luncke Ridge .
The Antarctic Names Committee of Australia named it after the large number of different species of lichen found here .
