Collotype and picture publishing of art
The collotype and picture publishing house of art creates high quality reproductions with the help of collotype printing and sells original art . After the reunification of Germany , the publishing house emerged from the picture department of the former VEB Verlag der Kunst (VdK) of the GDR .
In addition to the publishing activities, there is a gallery with original works of art, for example paintings by contemporary artists. The collotype and picture publishing house of art is one of the largest of its kind due to its extensive range of motifs and stocks from its own production. 1000 motifs are in the publisher's program. From the Middle Ages to Baroque , Rococo , Classicism , Art Nouveau , Classical Modernism to living artists. Around 200 different collotype prints, from old to new masters, were awarded facsimiles and included in the list of the most beautiful art prints by UNESCO .
In addition to the production and sale of collotype prints, oil prints , art prints and nostalgic art postcards, the publisher also carries out new editions in digital printing on canvas.
